Paulo is an engineer with a postgraduate degree in administration. With a very generalist view, he has worked with logistics, customer service, supplies, sales and controllership. Being an authentic Generation X, he loves cars and if he could, he would collect models from the 70s.

Paulo developed a strong sense for the financial and controllership areas working in companies in the oil segment. Precisely because of his focus on administration and control, Paulo is responsible for managing Ginger's data protection system, being DPO (Data Protection Officer) from Ginger.
